These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and vin7 ("vin7", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your access to and use of the vin7 online gaming platform accessible at https://vin7.cam (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or participating in any gaming activity offered through vin7, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

vin7 operates as an English-language online gaming information and gaming platform primarily targeting Pakistani users. vin7 does not claim to hold a license issued by any Pakistani government authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority ("PTA"), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial gambling authority. Users are individually responsible for verifying whether participation in online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction, including under Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

To register and maintain an Account on vin7, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the license jurisdiction applicable to your use of the Platform. It is a strict condition of these Terms that underage persons do not register or use the Platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking capacity are not permitted to register.
• One Account Per Person: Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Personal Use Only: Accounts must be opened and used solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Corporate, syndicated or professional gambling operations are not permitted without express written agreement from vin7.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Jurisdiction: You confirm that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located. vin7 does not accept Users from jurisdictions where online gaming is strictly prohibited by applicable law. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own legal risk and responsibility.
• Not Self-Excluded: You confirm that you are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or voluntary restriction that would prohibit you from participating in gaming activity.

4.1 Registration Process

To open an Account, you are required to complete the online registration form, providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, country of residence and a secure password. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

4.2 KYC Verification

As part of our compliance with applicable Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") obligations, vin7 may require you to submit identity verification documents prior to processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable documents may include:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driver's license);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify vin7 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

vin7 will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain Account security, unless such losses are directly attributable to our negligence.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

vin7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) false or misleading information has been provided; (b) eligibility conditions are no longer satisfied; (c) fraudulent or abusive activity is detected; or (d) applicable legal or regulatory requirements so require.

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with the following general conditions of use at all times:

• You will access the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with applicable local, national and international law;
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or any systems connected to it;
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, scripts or other software to interact with the Platform without vin7's express written consent;
• You will not engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with or degrades the performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure;
• You will not use the Platform to engage in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• You will treat vin7 staff and other users with respect at all times. Abusive, threatening or discriminatory language is strictly prohibited;
• You acknowledge that all gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) and that vin7 does not manipulate outcomes.

vin7 reserves the right to monitor Platform usage and take such action as it deems appropriate — including immediate Account suspension — in the event of any breach of these Terms of Use.

6.1 Supported Currencies and Methods

vin7 supports PKR-denominated transactions and cryptocurrency deposits as made available by the operator. Payment method references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as familiar PKR payment context only. These providers do not endorse, support or affiliate with vin7 or any gambling service. Actual method availability is determined entirely by the operator.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts are set by the operator and communicated to Users at the time of deposit. Illustrative examples used in promotional materials (e.g., PKR 500 or PKR 1,000 minimum deposits) are not contractual commitments and may differ from actual operator-imposed minimums.

6.3 Deposit Funds Ownership

By depositing funds into your Account, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. vin7 is entitled to request evidence of the source of funds at any time as part of its AML compliance obligations.

6.4 No Credit Facility

vin7 does not offer credit facilities to Users. You may only wager funds that are already deposited in your Account. Negative account balances are not permitted.

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds from your Account, you must have: (a) completed the required KYC verification process; (b) satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) not breached any provision of these Terms.

7.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Times

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Processing times and minimum withdrawal amounts are determined by the operator and communicated at the point of withdrawal. vin7 does not guarantee same-day processing.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are communicated by the operator at the time of the withdrawal request. Higher-tier VIP accounts may be eligible for increased withdrawal limits — contact support for details.

7.4 Delayed or Withheld Withdrawals

vin7 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements. In such cases, vin7 will notify the User within a reasonable timeframe and provide guidance on required actions.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by vin7 are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Specific multipliers are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The applicable contribution percentages for each game type are stated in the promotion terms. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and table games may contribute a lower percentage.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your Account without notice.
• One Bonus Per User: Unless otherwise stated, bonus offers are available once per User, household, IP address and device.
• Bonus Abuse: vin7 employs fraud detection tools to identify abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to: coordinated betting to minimise risk during bonus wagering, multi-accounting, and use of bots. Detected abuse will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
• Figures Are Illustrative: PKR bonus amounts referenced in promotional materials (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000", "up to PKR 10,000") are illustrative examples only. Actual amounts, terms and availability are determined by the operator and stated in the relevant promotion at the time of offer.

vin7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides the following tools to assist Users in managing their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits may be set via your Account dashboard.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds for defined time periods may be configured to prevent excessive losses.
• Session Time Limits: Automated session reminders and time limits are available to help you monitor the duration of your play.
• Cool-Off Periods: A temporary pause of gaming activity of up to 30 days may be applied via your Account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all funds:

• Opening or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using software, automated tools or bots to gain an unfair advantage in any gaming activity;
• Exploiting bugs, errors or technical malfunctions in the Platform for financial gain — any suspected exploitation must be reported immediately to [email protected];
• Engaging in collusion with other Users to manipulate gaming outcomes;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud or any unlawful source;
• Attempting to reverse transactions improperly through chargebacks;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal gaming;
• Transferring Account balances or Account access to third parties.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game assets, software, code and documentation — is the exclusive property of vin7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing or publishing any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any software component of the Platform;
• Using vin7 branding, trademarks or trade names in any context without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in legal action, Account termination and civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vin7 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform's services due to technical failure, maintenance, force majeure or events outside vin7's reasonable control;
• Any financial losses resulting from gaming activity, including but not limited to game losses, bonus forfeitures or failed transactions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits vin7's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming license, as communicated by the operator on the Platform. vin7 does not assert that its services are licensed or regulated by any Pakistani authority.

Nothing in this clause constitutes legal advice. Pakistani users are strongly encouraged to seek independent legal advice regarding the legality of online gaming participation under applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any relevant provincial legislation.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the operator's licensing authority, where applicable.

vin7 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected].
